A garage door-only service call consists of correcting the original problem, lubricating all rollers, hinges, tracks, and bearings and tightening any loose nuts, inspecting drums and cables for frays, and making critical tension adjustments on both cables if necessary—one of the most common garages door repairs is spring replacement.
